Customer Service is awful. Not responsive and rude.
Great small venue. You can dine, there's a bar, and the musicians are right there. The staff is cordial and attentive.
Saw a concert here last night. It's a very nice and well-run venue. They have a large bar area, table & row seating, and table service for food & drinks. It is roomy and not claustrophobic. The servers and all of the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. The menu was limited which is fine - you're really there for the show - just would've been nice to maybe have a burger option. That said, the food we got was so good, and reasonably priced. My only complaint about this place is that they should announce at the beginning of the show where the stairwell/emergency exits are - and I say this bc otherwise the only way out of the place is through two elevators which get crowded and are slow. My concern about this is that if there was a fire or another emergency people should know in advance where the other exits are bc it could really be pandemonium. At the end of the show a staff member did let us know after awhile that we could take the stairs and that was fine - I just feel like bc this place is several floors up in the building I'd like to know where the other exit is ahead of time - because there is only one stairwell and there are at least a couple hundred people there. But now I know for future visits. Overall this is a great venue - highly recommend it. Definitely will be back!
Nice facilities especially liked the parking garage height was 7ft. Not common occurrence in modern day parking structure
The venue was very nice and very intimate for a show. The servers did a good job of not being too disruptive during the show. There were a few things, though, that they could work on and kind of soured the experience and might make me choose another venue in the future, as DC has SO many. 1) The sensors weren't working to turn on 2 out of the 3 sinks in the ladies room and were even difficult to use on the 3rd. The female servers surely use this space and would have reported it, so why weren't they fixed? It's a health hazard because all it takes is a small inconvenience like that for someone decide to walk out and not wash their hands. 2) Some tables were not placed with the proper amount of space between them so that people could get in and out without causing a disruption to people at both tables placed too closely together. 3) I ordered the squash salad with chicken and the server repeated the order back to me, but I realized after we left that the chicken wasn't there, but I'm sure we were billed for it. In fact, when I discussed the bill with my boyfriend after we left, we realized that we were either charged for extra food or drinks or were given the wrong bill. It was about $20 over what it should have been (after we calculated all the food and drinks and tax), and actually $26 given that there was no chicken on my salad. But he wasn't able to see the itemized bill because they brought it in the dark when the show was still going on.
We would be honored! Please reach out and expect to be treated like the ROCKSTAR that you are! 🙂
