They would not sell me a halloween item because it was a display and they MIGHT get more in. Then when I asked if they would call me if when it goes on sale they said no it's 1st come 1st serve. It clearly had a price on it for sale. Bad business practice
The very first time we went in there for furniture, the furniture manager Alexis helped us, she was very nice, professional and was able to tell us what was in stock and available, she even went to the back a few times to be sure a item was in stock, very helpful and excellent customer service. The second time we went there, Alexis wasn't there. We waited about 15 minutes before being asked if we needed help while multiple associates were standing around talking and seen us sitting in the furniture area. When we finally did attempt to get help by the manager Steve, he was extremely rude and very unprofessional so, I asked him if there was another manager there to assist us he told me no and continued to be rude. We walked away and found another associate named Travis who assisted us, he was very nice, extremely friendly and helpful. We went back today to look for more furniture and avoided getting help by Steve due to our last visit. The store manager Eric, associate Ariel and Angie were awesome, super friendly, professional and took wonderful care of us. We were very satisfied with our visit today. Overall, great store and wonderful workers there. But, Steve definitely needs some customer service training.
