All I have to say is that Julianna is the best to do it! After moving to the area in January, I was nervous to try to find a new wax tech for my Brazilian, because my previous one was a gem. During my search, I stumbled upon this European Wax Center (about a 30 min commute - but so worth it) and after going through the reviews, I saw multiple positive reviews for Julianna so I decided to book with her. Best decision I've ever made. She is always ready on time and really prioritizes quick and efficient work. The service is always worth the money and she never misses. It's also super easy to hold a conversation with her, which makes the time fly by. I've already referred others to her and I would refer anyone else in a heartbeat. If you're not booking with Julianna, you're missing out.
I absolutely love European Wax Center! They are always so clean and professional. I love how they always send out little reminders for upcoming appointments and even when you have to cancel or change your appointment, they do their best to accommodate your schedule. I have to say I’ve had a few different esthetician’s but Julianna is the best!! She is quick and easy and she always make me Feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!
I have gone to EWC for the first time two months ago. This was my first time getting waxed ..it wasn’t that bad pain wise but I did notice I still had hair left. I went back about a month and a half later for my second wax this time it was so much more painful I left sore ..it even hurt washing those parts in the shower. I notice once again not all of my hair is gone hence the reason it seems my hair is growing back just as fast as if I were to shave. I understand they are trained to “speed” wax customers but do it effectively. I will not be returning.
The business owner was the front desk person my third time to go there and was rude. She clearly doesn’t care to keep customers. Or maybe she thinks she has enough to keep her business going. That she didn’t care to help me. I was waiting to get my eyebrows done and I over heard the lady at the desk talking about memberships to save money to another customer. I made a comment stating oh that’s so cool! I never knew y’all had this. Is this new? After my appointment I was about to sign up for the unlimited pass for my underarms and then a pass for my eyebrows. I said cool three free if I sign up. She said that’s first time guest only. I said well no one offered me this when I came for my first time. I asked to speak with the manager so maybe they could assist. The lady at the desk responded with, “I’m the owner and it’s not your first time so you can’t get that offer. And that all customers are offered the membership package on their first time visit.” I informed her that yes I got my first wax free, but wasn’t offered any membership packages. The owner clearly doesn’t think her employees can forget to offer something to guest. I was so excited about the package deal too. Now I’m just disappointed because the employees that do the waxing are awesome. I literally paid and said please go ahead and cancel all of my future appointments I’m going to take my business elsewhere. She said ok and let me leave. If you want better customer service go some place else.
The first time i made an appointment they took my number down wrong so when i came in they told me they had to reschedule me. The second time they said i made it exactly at the 8 minute grace period and i had to make it before the 8 minute grace period. Obviously they don’t want my business so I’m not coming back here.
