Customer service stops the second your payment clears. Before that? All the emails and callbacks your heart desires. We experienced delivery delays Johnson Fitness never bothered to share with us. When delivery did happen, the guys didn't wear booties and tracked mud through my house. They assembled my equipment. On their way out the door they realized there was something wrong with it. Assembly team assured me they'd schedule a tech to come right out. Of course, when I later followed up with the store, this was all news to them. John had me shoot video of the issues just so the big bosses were aware before they made it right. That was more than a month ago. Crickets.
Very positive experience. Called out of the blue and spoke to John. John very helpful in explaining things and matching my needs with products. Barry (mgr) and John very helpful with the purchase, delivery, etc. Highly recommend these folks. (We bought an evolve 5 stack-able elliptical--would highly recommend :)

Extremely knowledgeable and excellent customer service
I received exceptional customer service during my phone consultation with John and also in-store when I visited. I purchased a Vision elliptical. Arrived in 2 weeks as expected. The delivery and setup was a great experience as well. The machine is wonderful. I had a horrible experience with an online equipment retailer who is very well-known and has constant fancy TV commercials. It was about a 2-month nightmare of an ordeal. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality Johnson fitness provides its customers. Kudos!
