Ledos is one of my favorite pizzas. I don't live in the area anymore but had to stop by our favorite pizza place while I had the chance. Just as excellent as it's always been
Not a very friendly owner, somewhat unclean. Food was decent, but freshly cooked, and staff were nice.
Everything I ever order from here (pizza, salad, etc.) is ALWAYS good!
We love Ledo Pizza. We have been a regular customer, for a while (over 5 years), at this Ijamsville location and have seen customer service decline over time. The staff, including management, requires customer service training! Our orders have been messed up quite a few times – from incorrect toppings to incorrect pizza size; you name it! Once the staff took the pizza back into the kitchen and added fresh, uncooked spinach leaves and bought it back (they had forgotten to add spinach as a topping)! Once the meat was changed from chicken to peperoni (we don’t eat beef)! Cherry tomatoes (as a topping) have been changed to regular sliced tomatoes. Multiple times large/medium size pizza have been mixed up and we have had to wait there for about 30 min (which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead) or had to accept the incorrect order. Can list a few more examples – but that is not the point. We have been patient. However, last time we just refused to accept the incorrect order. So, the serving staff, as well as the manager, became very rude and inappropriate. Instead of training the site staff, the manager insisted we were wrong, and this was their first mistake so we should pay for the inaccurate order – really!! He just would not listen to what we had to say! We love supporting local businesses but when you have manager/owner who believes he and his staff are doing the customer a favor by providing them with accurate orders, it is unacceptable. Whatever happened to the idea of providing good customer service? Well plenty of other Ledo Pizza locations in the area who have better customer service and will appreciate our business! I would give this a ZERO star if I had the option!
My hubby just picked up my burnt pizza, yes he glanced at it, after driving a 1 1/2 home.. The pizza, should have never been put in the box!! You knew it was burnt, seems like you just didn’t care! Ledo’s offered us a new pizza, oh boy!! 30 minutes one way, no thanks!! Never buying from this Ledo’s again!!
