Dogs are allowed on leash!
I generally have high regards for Lowe's stores. Not this one. I should have read the reviews before coming in but I figured this location would be similar to the others. I was so wrong. I am here to get a piece of primed MDF for a project in my daughter's room but I need to have it cut beforehand since I do not own a saw. No big deal, right? WRONG! I am currently standing at the saw, and have been for the last 10-15 minutes. A least 6 employees have crossed my path but I have yet to get anyone to cut this. There was even an employee who was here on his day off notice and he did an announcement over the speaker to get me help. Still nothing. If you are coming in to grab something quick, great. If you need additional assistance, may the odds be in your favor. Update: after waiting 25 minutes I left. This was even after attempting to call the store to get some help.
I rented a carpet cleaning machine and it was damaged. I made it work for the small cleaning job I had to do and returned it in less than 3 hours. I had planned on going over all my floors since I had to rent for 24 hours, but every time I pushed the unit forward, the handle would collapse. It’s apparent that they don’t inspect units before renting beyond looking at the brushes. I spoke to manager Jennifer. Her comment was that she didn’t personally inspect and since I used it, there was nothing she was going to do. The process to rent took a 40 minute wait in customer service line and the return almost 30 minutes. The customer service agent agreed to give me back my deposit, which was to be returned anyway, like she was doing me a favor. The manager wound up giving me a $2.90 credit. The could have offered me a future rental. They didn’t. Don’t waste your time or money. They don’t care about the customer.
I received really excellent customer service here when buying a new lawn mower. In and out of the store in minimal time. Lowes is a major competitor of Home Depot and i prefer Lowes for the much better customer service that i have experienced.
I want a water heater installed that costs less than $500. Lowe’s hooks me up with a contractor that says the total will be around $2100, but can get a 5% discount , if I open an account. Thanks! This is the cheapest option. Watched a Youtube video and it’s removing the existing tank, popping in some shark-bite plumbing adapters, and recapping three wires and your done. Drop the tank off at the curb. Where is the justification for the over $1600 installation costs??? Someone is skimming, somewhere in this process. Maybe multiple times. Talked with the online customer disservice, and was told nothing could be done and asked if I wanted to delete this account? Said Yes, of course. CCR
We would be honored! Please reach out and expect to be treated like the ROCKSTAR that you are! 🙂
