This location gets really busy at times. However I had a very good experience where store associate Josephine was customer focused and responded positively to my special sandwich request. I appreciate her going above and beyond to ensure that my kids’ food was made they way they liked them.
Customer service is very poor. I walked in for a pick up and was completely ignored by a full staff with no one else in the lobby. The lead team member looked at me and ignored me after yelling “hello, o would like to pick up my order” another employee walked off to take a personal call on her mobile” it was only after I requested my funds returned was I sought after.
I ordered Mango Berry Cosmo Smoothie. It was delicious. The sugar straw is interesting. It is working as a straw. It is very heavy. Since I want to avoid taking more sugar I didn’t use/eat the sugar straw.
Good spot for a hot day! Great options and the smoothies we got tasted great! Boyfriend got the blimey limey and I got the watermelon mojito. We both were super happy!
I called and nicely asked for them to put aside my meal because my doordash order was cancelled. The lady in the phone clearly told me, someone will come pick it up I said no they won’t because the order was cancelled since it was not in the delivery range. She confirmed the order was ready, I asked her to please let me pick it up after 6 or within the hour like she said and she savagely and rudely said no. Unbelievable how she confirmed the order had been paid for but yet couldn’t allow me to pick it up. Ridiculous, I have never been so disappointed as this is my favorite smoothie place. I go to any tropical smoothie often and give you my business but yet when I asked fir you to allow me to pick up my order, your cashier rudely said no unfortunately we have to throw it away after an hour. So there goes my $15 meal.
